Location data is only collected when a driver is on an active job and the app is in use. We do not collect location data in the background without explicit disclosure. Client app location is only used for pickup address auto-detection and is never stored permanently.

• Drivers: your name and pickup location are shared with your assigned driver

We do not display advertising and do not share data with advertising networks.
